Hey everyone i am new to P1999, and have not played EQ in around 10 years, after leaving to play WoW like many others. Have played a few minor MMORPGS in between but have always found myself going back to Warcraft out of routine.

After seeing a random p1999 video pop up on youtube several months ago my interest started and i finally started a few weeks ago.

I played on Bristlebane from Late velious until i think Ldon... My main was a bard and i raided all of velious and Luclin content and had a few hundred AA's.


My playtimes vary as i work shifts but am usually on most days for at least an hour, but more at weekends. I am back in EQ because i miss the need for teamwork and some actual skill in games. While i am no longer able to be that hardcore grinder i once was i still have the desire for some challenging and rewarding team work.

At the moment i am only lvl 12 and lvling at a steady-ish pace i just wanted to make the application now incase alts good use a group etc. Have bumped into a few friendly members who ahve already given me tips, Necruman being my main point of contact has spoken to me afew times and helped me with some items (Thanks).

In real life i am 33 years old from Bedfordshire in England, i am an extrusion Engineer and live with my (Lucky) Girlfriend

Just looking for a mature home with some people who enjoy Everquest as much as i once did, and based on last weeks Still do.

After a great week lvling, i have had a terrible day trying o get to and from OT! died probably 10times and spent countless hours. And im still stuck in OT

Its painful but fun.. hopefully ill find my way home and get to 35 in a few years

Almost 21, died a few times in Highpass, if anyone is passing through who can res /w ingame lost a few days xp sadly.
