Hello Europa!

I spoke to one of your druids (forgot the name he was 42) last night and asked some questions about Europa. I got a good impression and he adviced me to write an application even though lvl 20 was the minimum, so here goes!

I primarily chose to play cleric because back in the days of old EQ I always played Tank or DPS. It wasn't until later MMORPGS I tried healer and found that I really enjoyed it.

Cleric, 30 , Dwarf.

5.1 Why Europa?
Please tell us in 1-2 sentences why you want to join Europa.

I am from Sweden and I want to contribute to clearing the endgame. From what the forums and p99 website tells me Europa is the place to be in that regard.

5.2 Personality
Tell us a bit about yourself. Who are you in real-life, where are you from, what do you like etc.

As previously stated I am from Sweden (Norrköping) where I currently work as a CIO for a callcenter. (customer service and telemarketing etc). This can sometimes (Rarely) mean longer hours but I will always know ahead of time and never not show up without giving hours of notice should anything be planned.

5.3 Experience
Tell us what experience you have in EQ or any other MMORPG.

I was lvl 60 in Kunark/Velious/Luclin with a Warrior and Beastlord, respectively (got my epic on my BL really early too) Played on/off EQ after that but never anything serious.

I have raided quite extensively in WoW during the TBC and Wotlk era.

Other than that I played most of the bigname MMORPGS but none really held my interest. It was always longing back to the unforgivingly hard EQ that made me lose that interest, so imagine my euphoria when I found out about P99!

5.4 History on P99
What guild(s) have you been in? Did you play another character before?

This is my first (2nd, my first was is a lvl 4 iksar warrior) character on the server, so I have no history.
Currently in Unreliable, a social guild to have a guildchat while I wait They are ok with my application to Europa and wishes me luck

5.5 Playtime
Tell us how much you play or plan on playing, what time etc.

Most days 17-22 CET, sometimes a bit earlier, sometimes a bit later, most weekends fulltime.

5.6 Goals and motivation
What are you looking for in a guild and what can you contribute?

TBH, and active and fun gchat is always the most important thing for me. But other than that I am looking for a guild where everyone pushes together to accomplish the most out of themselves, and I don't slouch when it comes to bringing my A-game. I can be quite relentless in my pursuit of max stats in games But I'll always help out when people are in need (be it epics, boring farmcamps or just getting someone to max level)

Well, shocked to see you posting at lvl 5, I guess this 12 app queue had a hold on some applicants .

Anyway, welcome to the forum and please, keep us updated with your level.

I was mostly applying since I was recommended to do so before level 20, else I would've waited:)

I'll try to get to 20 asap, but my main reason for applying early (from my viewpoint) would be early access to the guild chat to get to know everyone. Also levelling without a guild is a silent world, and I feel somewhat strange applying to a guild meanwhile when I have every intention of wanting to join Europa!

Anyway, it's up to you, and I won't think any less of anything should you ask me to wait until 20, rules are meant to be followed after all

Thanks for your kind offer but I'm lvl 14 now and looking for groups in Unrest

I joined Unreliable meanwhile as they are just a social guild (I told them I had an application in progress here and would only join to chat in gchat, which they were cool with)
