Iguano lvl 20 Monk (FEB 19)

Hey guys,

Level 20 French Iksar monk here, keen to be given the chance to join your guild. By French Iksar monk I mean that I am a Frenchman playing a baguette dual-wielding Iksar monk. I have met a few of your members on my adventures across Norrath and have heard nothing but good things about the guild in general. As such, I hit lvl 20 a few minutes ago and jumped straight to these forums to apply.

My background as an EQ player is that I played on live from Kunark to just after PoP. My main was a Ranger and I had a couple of mid 40s, low 50s alts. I was part of a French speaking guild on the Prexus server. My favourite zone was HHK, also loved the Karanas and Jaggedpine Forest. I am not a big fan of SolA or SolB due to the sheer amount of times I died in those. Mind you as a ranger, I died everywhere so maybe that is a bit harsh on SolA/B.

I joined the server around 3 weeks ago and have been having a blast. It has also become apparent that I remember practically nothing useful from my live days 12 years ago, I think I might have broken a record for number of deaths pre lvl 20. I focus most of my EQ gaming time on trying new things, exploring zones, crafting, haggling in EC and attempting to duo/group as much as possible. I am not a hardcore player by any stretch of the imagination but I am on daily for a couple of hours depending on girlfriend aggro factor. So that's who I am and why I want to join.

I will be on tomorrow evening and during the weekend, please don't hesitate to shoot me a tell if you see me online and are happy to offer me a trial. I also occasionally play on my Ikkie SK Iguacamole so can also tell him.

RL is going to be a bit hectic until Friday so am probably not going to be on much and if so on my soloing alt Iguacamole, not Iguano who I have camped in Unrest to get some grouping going when time permits. Really funny guy.

After buying Iguano's helm of rile he brought his shaman over to do a transfer so I gave him a banded helm for his lil guy so we thought we'd have a fashion parade, this was the result.





Edit: I wanted to post to show how funny Iguano is not to make fun of armour, I was in banded until I managed to quest scaled mystic, promised to give him my old stuffs if he decided to level his little shammy one day I wasn't being mean I promise

Just noticed this was stickied thanks to Bokeron who kindly sent me tell. RL is going to be crazy over next few days, I have hardly been on for the past week and will not be on at all for next 3 days. In addition, when I am playing I am playing on my lower level shammy alt as I find it easier to get anything done on him in the restricted playtime I have had over last few days. This has made me realise I much prefer playing a shammy. As he is 11 he does not meet requirements for trial, as such I wonder whether it may not be fairer for me to give my trial spot to someone who is active on a lvl 20+ char and reapply when my shammy hits 20? Would that be possible? Sorry to change my mind like this, a few weeks having passed since I first applied has meant I've kind of moved on to a new char...I am still really keen to join Europa and have had the opportunity to meet a couple more people from the guild who were also very nice.
