Fandori 27 Bard seeking to join Europa

Hello All,
Name: Fandori
Character Details:
Level 26 Half-elf Bard
Why Europa?
I am looking to join Europa because I work evenings graveyard shift so I play mostly during the day except on my days off when I have time in those later hours too so I have gotten to know some of the P1999 guilds which are on when I am and in doing so I have seen and talked to Europa players (in fact Rhapsodi is a friend of mine who recommended you as my initial/current guild Seekers of Norrath seems to not have been a good choice as they are sadly never on when I am). I have missed the Classic EQ experience a lot as the later expansions were a disappointment so I was happy to hear about EQ P1999 so I am now back here to have fun reliving the best part of Everquest- the classic part, but I dearly would like to share that experience with other like-minded souls as that's what made this game special, the players. I feel Everquest was always about making friends online and helping each other (the grouping style of the game, an almost manditory one for most classes, made it clear it wasn't a game for selfish types) so I look forward to sharing in that experience again with good people.
Personality:
I am from the West Coast of the US and am a pretty liberal easy-going person so I get along with most everyone else who is wiling to do the same and accord people the respect they deserve.
Experience:
I started in Classic Everquest back in the Fall of 1999 so I got to see the real classic game and I stayed with it for a half a dozen years or so (plus a few later revisits), sadly perhaps longer than it was fun to stay as I soon realized as the game by the end had changed too much (when mercenary npc clerics out-heal many real player clerics and the npc merc warriors out-taunt the real ones-its not good). I have played most classes to 50+ with my highest being my Shaman at level 68 with several other classes in their low 60s (SK, Enchanter, Necromancer, and Warrior on Bristlebane server.
History on P1999:
Started mid 2014- and I have been with Seekers of Norrath guild for several months now but I haven't even seen a single player in that guild on in a long while (not that they were ever plentiful so I guess they were a poor choice for my gaming days/hours)
Playtime:
Several times a week with maybe a couple weekdays a few hours during the late morning plus more on weekends typically late evenings into the early morning hours- all times being PST.
Goals and motivation:
Again for me the original classic Everquest was all about having fun with friends and the game fostered such friendships easily by the slower experience and the need to group most of the time, so I feel P1999 will be even better in that regard (because those coming to replay the classic version already are that type of person) so I want to be a part of sharing in that again.
Communication:
I have known Rhapsodi (lvl 46 Europa bard) for awhile since she was a young bard -we have often chatted so when she heard I was unhappy with my current guild's apparent total absence she suggested Europa. I have also seen others such as Tyla- who once was most insistant on paying for a SOW my shaman tried to give her for free so I feel its such people that are representative of Europa at its finest and that makes me feel it can be a good home too
