59.95 basically 60 Iksar Monk
1 Why Europa?
I played LiveEQ way back (from before Kunark to PoP) and just leapt at the chance to get back to the classic eq. Since I am currently living in Europe (Austria) I am looking for a community on the same timezone with a raiding attitude.
2 Personality
My Name is Alex, I'm 30 year old Austrian Entrepreneur. I am also married and have a daughter. I am a big fan of everything IT and technology, aswell as reliving good ole EQ-times.
3 Experience
This is a long list to sum up. First MMORPG was eq when I was in my teens and it basically hooked me, hours a day for years. RL cut in and I lost the train. I also played quite a lot of MMORPGs, notable might be (unsorted out of memory): EQ2 (Founder and Raidleader of Paradigma), SB, DP (first 60, Leader of Apocalypse), Atlantica Online, etc.
I've got plenty of raiding experience (in multiple games, eq raid exp is rusty). I enjoy playing a lot, but nowadays have to combine it with RL ~.~
4 History on P99
First Character, no notable twinks.
Been in "Clue", but left due to timezone differences. (3am start times are harsh)
Have been enjoying the solo/group content and took a rather long break before Vellious.
5 Playtime
Since I'm my own boss I am quite flexible on time management and play a lot if RL allows;
Pretty much guaranteed are weekdays from 5/6 to midnight (GMT+2)
Weekends are a given, as much as possible.
6 Goals and motivation
I am looking for a community. Find people to do fun stuff, group, help each other out, raid together. I could also probably be described as an achiever type - so I like to commit to getting the best out of my character (often forcing me to play way more than my wife likes).
7 Communication
Met a few from you here and there in casual groups - but since I took a rather large break before Vellious, not that many.
Looking forward to meeting/grouping with more of you
