A level 20 Dark Elf Cleric is looking for a place to call home.
Why Europa?
The initial reason is easy, this is due to the timezone you and I play in. I am from the Netherlands and I'd like to be able to play with people during my primetime (and early mornings in EU, which means P99 is empty it seems!)
The other reason is simply what I have seen and heard so far about Europa. It seems like a nice guild, who like me like to play the game to RELAX.
Personality
I already mentioned above I am from the Netherlands. In RL I have a busy job and have somewhat limited play hours (depending on the week). I also mentioned I play the game to relax and that is how I play it. I don't mind dieing, I like helping people and if I run into someone and we just start to chit chat I am just as happy.
I used to be able to raid a lot when I was still in high school/college, but those days are behind me. I do want to raid in the future, but since I am only level 20, that is still far far away.
Experience
MMORPGs always come back to me, if I don't have an MMORPG to play I am trying to find one to play. However nothing sticks like your first MMORPG, in my case Everquest. I don't like how they ended up on live (even heroic characters now...). I played so many MMORPGs, I can not even sum them all up, but most important ones:
- Everquest
- Everquest 2
- Shadowbane
- Lord of the Rings online
- Star Wars
- etc etc
History on P99
Afene is my main and my first character I leveled past 10. I also have a level 7 iksar SK, but that is not really worth mentioning I guess.
My history on P99 is short, I have not yet joined a guild (took me a while to find one I wanted to apply for). I think I am here for about 3 weeks now.
Playtime
As I mentioned I have a busy job IRL. However I try to play about 1-2 hours on weekdays (excluding mondays and tuesdays due to RL commitments). And in the weekend I can play a lot more, but this varies on the weekend plans. (Average on weekend is about 10 hours I guess.)
Goals and motivation
All I am looking for is a place to call home, to have people to interact with, to group up with guildmembers. To make my Everquest experience more worthwhile.
I can contribute to the guild... Myself
I mean by that, that I can group up, help out with a quest, rez (in a few levels), just to have chat, etc etc. Communication
I heard about you through the Project 1999 forums. I don't really know anyone of Europa yet, but I did run into some nice druids buffing in EC for example. I have seen some of you around
All in all, I would like to end this application by saying that I really look forward to play with you all and I hope I don't have to wait too long till my trial period starts! The best way to get to know eachother is by actually playing together!
I am still level 20 and I feel I can not contribute to the guild as much as I would like at this time. (And as much as you all deserve!)
