Just thought would pop up a post here to say hi to one and all. I am from the UK and really getting back into EQ again.
I just started playing on sunday. One of my american friends told me about the server and it seemed a great idea to get back into EQ again. I played back in the day on Druzzil Ro as a cleric and have over the years on and off played on the original servers but missed the old school days hehe
I have this time rolled up a bard and my friend is playing a cleric and though I won't see her other than weekends didn't want to clash with her on classes. I have never played a bard before so nice to try something different.
Once I get to 20 I will of course pop up an application but just wanted to say hi to all the rest of the euros on the server too. Was really happy to see there is a EU guild here

And you wouldn't believe what a hassle it was to get that running - with all Euros scattered among the US guilds and unwilling to leave those for a project with a vague future and whatnot...
Aye Anni i also wish you a great Welcome into the server ! Yes it was and still an adventure to reformed and maintain this guild on the rail but we look to get some really nice folkz into it. Very good idea to roll a bard, we really need more active one. Im gonna try to catch you in game to give you some stuff to start and why not also give you a hand to lvl.

I am all of level 4 atm, spent half of last night lost running around kelethin trying to find the bank haha shame I work full time too
Will prolly take me a week or so to get to 20 but here for the long haul.
I just wanted to put up a post cos I was like OMG there are other euros here! I remember when I played on DR I was in a raiding guild and would be up all hours, don't think I could do that again !

I have to say I had totally forgotten how slow the boat is from BB to EFP lol, I decided to move to antonica last night. I know that area sooooo much better than faydark. On the plus side found a bind in WFP and Rivervale \o/
Lots of people like killing the guards there so was handy I don't have to run from freeport through kithicor every time I die!
