I'm retired live EQ player, played around 8 years since Kunark expansion but modern EQ isn't fun anymore.I like raiding and raided everything from PoP to SoD mostly as necro and later with cleric, but almost didn't expirienced old world raiding.

Looking to start on P1999 and bouncing between bard and chanter, or may be druid. I like necro style but mostly soloed 75 lvls of exp and 1000 AA and i look for group gameplay now.

What would be your suggestion for class to play? What demanded class for grouping during euro times at evening?At end point i will apply to Europa, very interesting in raiding old world and doing epic quest ( well i soloed cleric and druid epics for my alts on Stromm but it's not the same feeling of accompishing of something ).

Hope to hear from you what you think and sorry for bad english it's isn't my natuve lang.

First; welcome - I played on Stromm myself, in Viking Alliance - your name sounds a bit familiar, what guild were You in?
Second; You should play the class you think you will enjoy the most.
Thirdly; I think our "need" list right now for Velious readiness is something like; clerics > warriors > bards > everything else - someone else correct me if I am wrong

I was in VA Loiy necro and Lordik cleric( SoD on Antonius Bayle later ).i remember your name but don't remember what class you played, but it's sounds to me like ranger or monk =).I think you played monk.

I was in hope to find Azik here tbh =).

I haven't spoken to Azik for years, don't think he ever gave P99 a shot - we have Mascha around though, albeit inactive at the moment - I think that's the only other VA member.

Oh, and yes, I was monk back then as well - the only one for quite a while

Sorry for spamming forum.I think i will go to bard.PLed alt on AB to 72 but never played him as bard exept /melody 1 2 3 and kite with necro =).Always wanted to play that class and now time is come.

Well after refreshing my memories how it's to be non twinked from scratch and trying few classes i found myself starting necro main for the 3rd time in my EQ career.i know there is sheet lots of them but it's still my favorite class since 2000.
