Right click on the forum page (somewhere without link, image, etc), then click on "Show page information". A menu will open on the left of your brower, click on "Show cookies and website data". there may be issues if there are context switches between http and https. I've set the forum software to enforce https, but looks like it stays at http sometimes. If you get a cookie for the https version and for some reason stay or get back to http version, it may log you off.
