Torpor has massive side effects, that make it superb when healing a group but little use when healing a tank in a raid (At least when fighting a boss).
Also, when having Canni is ubber and I cannot say anything here, druids have a massive spell at their dispossal for increase mana regen:

However, the lack of a slow is kinda a handicap, and you will probably find less groups in your way up. We have ports in exchange for slow, which are great, but little use in grouping aside for the ocassional evac.
