Well after some time raiding with you, i have come to the conclusion that your guild's raiding style is not for me. You had your sucess with it, i respect that and may you have many more glorious days with it.
I personally have a problem when wasting everyones time (hours, not minutes) by not listening to leaders, afking or by not listening to improvements coming from guild (on a thing that is obviously not going as intended for hours). Sometimes i get the feeling this guild is more focused on dkp bidding wars than killing mobs.
I dont like getting threatened because i point the things out that are obviously not working. I wish you can improve and get more success, i personally dont have the nerves waiting for it to happen.
Guys beeing casual should not be an excuse for beeing bad. Meanwhile this guild been raiding 3-5 days a week, its kinda alot for casual, so i hope its not just the "bad" part that will stay.
