My graphic card is probably broken so can't log in for a while. Managed to get my hands on a laptop today but it isn't exactly suitable for playing let alone raiding.

Sky corpse rotted by now, which sucks.

D'oh that sucks, but it's Christmas so who knows what you'll find inside a pressie!

You could probably pick up a card for £5 that runs EQ.

It depends on if you want it just for EQ or need it for other things/games. If it's the latter you might need a 100+ € card easily (if you have a somewhat recent Intel i3, i5 or i7 it's not worth it buying any card cheaper than that usually, since they have a graphics processor integrated).
If it's just for EQ and Internet browsing, making some documents... You can buy any video card in a computers shop and it should do well.

I've my older radeon 5570 1GO in stock (i've another for SLI too :p) never overclocked.
