I know that I am not even in trial yet, but if I could pick your brains for some advice I would be grateful.

Two things really.

First can you guys recommend some cleric WIS (pref chain/ plate) legs, arms, and legs that I can camp or quest for at around 30? Solo or small group obtainable is preferred (I can probably get a couple of friends to help if needed). I have searched the P99 wiki for stuff but it's hard to get a clear picture of what's realistically doable, so some insight would be appreciated. I am wearing ringmail (more or less) in those slots at the moment.

Second, where do you all recommend going in my 30s for groups on this server as a relatively immobile cleric? I am in MM at the moment (I am 29), so should I just say there, or could I realistically get groups on a pretty reliable basis elsewhere?

If anyone has any links to any great guides that they use that I may have missed that would also be great.

In regards to camping armour, The Estate of Unrest should have some campable items for you. Take a look at the zone on the wiki and take your pick, getting the camps down might be a bother but patience and you'll get it

I'm kinda new to P1999 too but I'm a bit more experienced on live so shoot me a tell if you need a refresh on memory or any time I'm out of Kunark (Which is frequently when I run low on plat) and I'll do my best to give you a hand with the camps. Open for groupage too. Good luck

First, feel free to PM me in game at Youhou or Charmante.

Second, legs you should aim for is Gatorscale Leggings. They are a bit rare, but I think it can be a good idea to xp there if you like the zone. Sleeves can be better than nothing too. As arms, I would go for Platinum Armband, this camp should be doable too at 30ish if you like SolA.

BUT ! As a cleric, I always felt like the gear wasn't that important in leveling phase as long as you can save your mana. Mana regeneration is the most important thing for a cleric but gear improving this stat doesn't exist yet.

So, my advice is that you focus on xp groups rather than camping an item. But if you can xp while camping an item, it's all good !

Now, the xp zones : as a level 30, I'd recommand MM GY or CE camp with a group. Highkeep is a wonderful zone too and is pretty much crowded so you will find a group easily. Of course, SolA, Lower Guk and Dalnir are great zones but I don't like that much because you will probably lack sustain if you get into trouble. You can also kill mobs in Unrest basement.

Rikantiza, don't bother with the paw of Opolla as a shaman... get your Shield of Falsehood instead. Better stats for shaman, plus good investment on the long run.

Get the help of a lvl60 melee and a lvl40+ cleric and you should be able to get your sow boots as well, got mine at lvl30.
