Today a new patch is available for download.

I went to the P1999 Wiki under Getting started, step 4, followed the instructions and it works.

Again. Not working for me. Impossible to access.

It happens each time they make a new patch.

Is always the same story. The game stops working. I try everything and nothing works. Suddenly months later, I reinstall the game and it works.

So at the moment I have no idea when I will log in again.g

What OS are you using?

I find that a direct copy doesn't work. I think this is because folders in the patch don't necessarily contain all the files, just the changed ones.

On OSX I have to copy the contents of the folder into the existing folder, overwriting existing files, rather than copying the folder itself.

Thanks Salthin.

I have Windows 7.

I did what you said, I copied file by file in each folder (erasing the older files substituted). And now it works.

Unbelievable.

Working as intended - the color was not classic

That's working as intended, they made it so in that patch to reflect classic :)
