Velious faction

Hey guys, tryin to get my lazy ass back in and wanted to make sure I dont spend alot of time barkin up the wrong tree, so what faction are ya mostly farming in velious? Dwaguns/dorfs or kael?
Alrdy messed up my kaelfaction but would be nice to know so I can start changing it if needed be.

Most people are friendly with the dwarves and dragons, but we have a few who are giantlovers

**** faction! EVERYTHING DIES!
. . . but if you want to pickup some decent gear relatively easily then we hit Kael and Temple of Veeshan on a regular basis, so being allied with Dwarf and Dragons is the way to go, particularly Dragons, as they have arguably the best armour + we have an informal ToV raid with our alliance friends on Saturday afternoons where loot is randomed, so even if you have no DKP you have a chance at good upgrades.

What's a good level to start going on these Kael and ToV groups?
My shaman is currently doing Specters outside PoF on the unlikely chance that I can get a tear without selling a liver.
Would a mid-40s SHM be of use in these Kael and ToV groups?

I would say level 55 at least

+54 if you want to do something other than healing in Kael, and 58+ in ToV. Even if you were to be 60 in ToV, there still would be a high chance of being resisted on a regular basis.
