5.1 Why Europa?

Im looking for an european guild, with european raidtimes. Also as I dont have the time to do hardcore gaming as I had back in the days, it seems Europa might be the guild for me.

5.2 Personality

My name is William, I'm 30 years old and live in France. I've got a girlfriend, a 2 year old daughter. I love maths and i m a teacher in university. I hate reptile and love sushi

5.3 Experience

My first mmorpg was EQ, which I started back in 2000. Played until 2003. . I play a lot to starcraft 2 and League of legend too.z

5.4 History on P99

I ve been raiding in 1999 a lots . Playing a 60 grand master and 60 Oracle in a french guild "RooTagain". I stop then cause of being dad

5.5 Playtime

Im thinking this will be an evening activity after kid is put to bed, which is around 19. Then bedtime is everything from 22-00, with the possibility for extention.

5.6 Goals and motivation

While its pretty important to have a guild to join raids, what i always loved about EQ is the grouping. So I would say my main prority for joining Europa is to get to know ppl, and get a steady groupbase going. Of course the possibility of raiding is a pro Im hoping to contribute by helping guildmates how I can and help keeping a good guild environment.

I can speak english or use vocal . Skype / Teamspeak or Mumble.

Daawa, I sent you a few tells to give you guidance but you never replied to a lot of things. I know some of it was on Rizayn, you maybe didn't recognise the name.

Also I'd given you a little back ground on how we do the application process and what happened with it. I'll send you a PM and we can talk about it a bit more later.

I have group with so many player in karnor ( pubo , siete , adrien , nozdormu etc ...) , i have helped in everfrost for epic , i have also helped to kill brother zephyr couple of time.
Always ready for a xfer , and was always rdy for all monday and wenesday raid.
I know i was a bit long to loot but it s minor issues that i can perform with time . But you dont give it to me . I can understand that you dont want me in raid but is it possible to just stay in guild because lot s of real friend in. You may not expect my behaviour and investment extra raid.

Daawa I think most of the problem came from your response time when it came to giving out buffs and for all things generally. It's a big part of shaman life and when it comes to raiding it's important to pay attention to things like that.

I know I've had to ask you a few times for a sow (Seryna) and not been given one. I feel bad hounding for it and just ended up clicking jboots

The first time we met you asked for a rez in Oasis, then said you couldn't find your body. I asked you if you needed the corpse located, you didn't respond. I ran my bard from EC to come and help (thinking maybe you were afk), which was probably 5 minutes later. By then you had both found the corpse and been rezzed... but didn't tell me (or the guild) that you didn't need help anymore. So I felt my time was wasted needlessly.

Are you distracted while playing that stops you looking at the chat? (kids/wife in the background?).

I think people's concerns are that they won't be healed in time if something bad happens on a raid, or that if you're assigned to cover certain buffs that they won't get done without having to ask more than once.

Other things, such as casting slow on a charmed pet that had broken... every time it breaks.

It's a lot to improve on, I hope you understand.

I have kids right. you just see the negative and i have try to be real faster after your advices.
I m really sad about YOur decision... For the oasis rez i dont really remember but it but it s absolutly not the way i play. Maybe baby was crying at this moment .

Really, i m motivated and ready to learn and use advices . For example last fear/hate raid my buffs was good timed cause i take really care of it ...
For heal i ll dot my best with only Greater healing ...

Whatever it is, I don't think you're ready for EQ raiding yet. Personally I didn't vote for you to stay in when it came to it because of what happened when we interacted. I know people don't like to voice their concerns, but those were mine.

Sorry mate, whatever happens next you know who your friends are in the guild I'm sure and will likely still see them in KC and places

Yup i think i m really too noob for this game and poeple cant put up let me some time to fix minor problems.As i say previously, i m motivated to learn.
