Dear all,

My name is becky and I have a lv30 bard on P99 blue.
I started Everquest in 2000 kunark and ended with the introduction to pop.

I found out about P99 and decided that I liked the Classic Era more than the expansions, and later found out that the live servers are full of people boxing and using it to solo.

But the reason I loved EverQuest was for the social interaction with other players and although I've also played WoW/SW:G/Lineage2 etc, nothing has satisfied what I had in Classic EverQuest so I'm back.
I also missed my bard like crazy, I've always loved this class and it's something no other MMO has, another itch that made me come back. I've also decided to focus all my efforts on my bard, and not to have any alts for the time being.

I was planning from the start to join a European guild, but since you had level requirements that I didn't meet. Since I'm new to P99 and love social interactions I joined The Elite, since at the time they were friendly and were grouping with them alot; but since they are all American when they get on to play I'm going to bed which is far from ideal.

I've had a chat with a few people from Europa and get the impression that the level requirement isn't negotiable, and since I don't meet that level yet I'm not submitting an application yet, but I am dropping by to say hi and let you know my intentions.

When I was playing on live I raided on with both on my Druid and Bard. Hate+Fear+Epic1.0-Dragons+Giants+Skyshrine.

I've got most of lv30 out of the way this weekend, only 1 yellow remaining. At my current rate of leveling I should be lv35 by the 18/19th I could be a day or two out either way, but that's my best guess.

Welcome Becky/Inyahin, not sure if you're around Mistmoore at the moment but I've noticed there's a few of us leveling in there - give us a wave if you see us. I'm sometimes on my enchanter in there (Kippers) trying to CC the terrible pulling people do

What level is mana song? 32-33? Bards are great

I finally made it out of level 30!!! 7 deaths in total, one 50% rez... means I had to level up 3 extra yellow xps. No wonder it took so long... Taking hell and making it worse!
Last night we were ploughing through the xp so fast I thought the GMs had turned double xp back on.

Seryna - I'm totally leveling up in Mistmore (GY) - I had capped out RingOfScale rep on my live bard; I want to follow suit on P99, cos it'll help when Velious comes out (assuming we side with Dwarves/Dragons). I'm half way through 31, soon as I hit 32 I'll head over to CE.
Mana song is lv32 Classic, 20/34 Velious.

2 unrez'd deaths last night, lost a yellow bar of xp but still half a level from 35.
Expect an application in the next couple of days assuming I can pass the 34.5 barrier!

I've had fun grouping with Seryna/Kippers in the mean time and look forwards to spending time with you all.

One of the deaths was to avoid wiping the group I was in, back spawns as I was pulling... Evil, who lets bards pull jee - as it was i was tank/puller/cc; apparently lv30~ warriors cannot agro? crazy times
