5.1 Why Europa?
I want to get in to the raiding scene and my time constraints dont fit the normal US raiding schedule. See below

5.2 Personality
Im from Washington state, USA. I work as a nurse and I work evening shift 2:30-11pm, and also am a stay at home dad. That being said my play time is usually while my wife is at work so from about 8:30am to 4pm (GMT-8)

5.3 Experience
Ive played MMOs for the better part of 17 years. Started with ultima online, then went to EQ and played through omens of war, had a stint in DaoC, played WoW almost exclusively for about 5 years or so (through wrath of the lich king) and came back to EQ on live around 3 years ago. During my time back on live I made a successful power leveling business, then when beaming dried up I became the guild leader of a raiding guild on Vox known as Cerberus.

5.4 History on P99
Previous guild is Homeland security -- I really like the guys they just arent really interested in being a raiding guild or more specifically, they wouldnt have much to offer someone who cant play on US prime time.

5.5 Playtime
Im usually available M-F, during those hours listed above of 8am to 4pm (again GMT-8). That being said I do stuff with my kids on tuesdays and thursdays, and I end up being called away at other times but Im sure i put 30+ hours in to EQ a week

5.6 Goals and motivation
Im looking for a group of players that enjoys playing at the same time as I do. One of the major frustrations Ive faced is that because of my play times most of my old friends from the variety of MMOs I have played are not able to play with me. I want a core of people that I can continue to play with for years to come - regardless of what game. As far as motivation I want to move forward as a team and overcome challenges together. Of course I want to see personal character advancement as well - I would love to get my epic because swapping to instruments sucks - but my main goal is to enjoy playing with friends. It sucks playing alone.

5.7 Communication
Truth be told when I first came to P99 I looked up what was the raiding guilds that were on euro time and figured that was probably where I would end up. I made some friends along the way in Homeland, but I think just for my personal enjoyment playing with more people will probably be best =).

TLDR: I should make all the raids, and Ive played MMOs a long time and have lots of experience
